William A. Mulvey, Jr. has been a mediator for 35+ years. His mediation practice grew out of his litigation practice. He has litigated and continues to litigate cases in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine involving complex and multi-party issues requiring depositions throughout the USA and Canada. He recently concluded an underground storage tank fire case that required 39 depositions in more than 10 states.
Attorney Mulvey's mediation practice is now a significant percentage of his law practice. Mediations have taken him to Florida, New York City, Canada and throughout New England. The mediations vary from one day to multiple day events and sometimes require either follow up phone conferences or a second session. The vast majority of the mediations involve complex issues, multiple parties and significant dollars in dispute.
Our Goals Are to:
- Allow all parties to be fully heard
- Allow disagreements to be discussed without being disagreeable
- Allow the parties to be satisfied with the process
- Resolve the Dispute. Simply going through the motions is not acceptable!
